Athletes Have Heart is an awareness and education organization focused on Sudden Cardiac Arrest prevention and youth entrepreneurship. We are not a medical provider and nothing on this site is medical advice.

An Adult Ambassador is 18 years of age or older. A Youth Ambassador is under 18. Anyone under 18 may participate only through a Parent/Guardian Account. Participation is limited to residents of the United States.

Parent/Guardian Account required. A participant under 18 must participate through an account established and controlled by a parent or legal guardian who is at least 18 years old. That adult is the registered account holder and the contracting party. The youth does not independently enter into these terms or any related agreement with Athletes Have Heart.

Control and compensation. The adult account holder controls the account, supervises participation, provides payout information, and receives all compensation associated with the account. Athletes Have Heart does not pay minors and does not collect payout or banking information from a minor. Sales may be attributed internally to the youth for tracking and recognition, but the payee is always the registered adult.

Youth Sales/Activity Credit. Bracelet sales and awareness activity may be attributed to a Youth Ambassador as “Youth Sales/Activity Credit” for education, goal setting, recognition, achievements, mentorship, and activity tracking within the AHH Youth Ambassador Education & Mentorship Program. Youth Sales/Activity Credit is not wages or compensation owed to the minor and does not make the minor the commission payee. Athletes Have Heart does not directly pay monetary commissions to minors.

No door-to-door or in-person solicitation by minors. Athletes Have Heart does not authorize, require, encourage, or instruct Youth Ambassadors to engage in door-to-door sales, canvassing, peddling, visiting homes or businesses, approaching strangers, or any independent in-person solicitation. Materials describing in-person solicitation are restricted to Adult Ambassadors 18 and older.

Age-appropriate participation. Youth participation means learning about sudden cardiac arrest, sharing the mission with family and friends, attending supervised age-appropriate events, and sharing approved content online where age-appropriate. There are no required hours, quotas, territories, or travel.

Social media. Youth Ambassadors may only use social-media platforms and online services when they meet the applicable platform's age requirements and must comply with the platform's terms of service. Parent/Guardian supervision is required for Youth Ambassador online participation.

Consent record. Before a youth account is activated, the parent or legal guardian must accept these terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Youth Ambassador Parent/Guardian Consent & Participation Agreement, confirm the required certifications, and sign electronically.

Compliance and restriction. Participation must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Parental permission does not authorize unlawful conduct. Athletes Have Heart may restrict or end participation at any time for safety, compliance, or program-integrity reasons.

Approved ambassadors receive a personal fundraising page, a support page link, and a QR code. Ambassadors never handle money or inventory. Athletes Have Heart processes every order, collects payment, and ships bracelets directly to supporters.

Ambassadors agree to represent the mission honestly and never to misrepresent the organization. Door-to-door and in-person solicitation is limited to Adult Ambassadors 18 and older and must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

Commission rates are set by Athletes Have Heart and shown in each ambassador dashboard. Commissions become available after a hold period following the sale, which allows time for refunds and chargebacks. Refunded orders reverse the associated commission.

Withdrawals are requested from the dashboard, reviewed by our team, and subject to a minimum amount and a processing fee shown at the time of request. Ambassadors who earn at or above the annual tax reporting threshold must submit a completed W-9 before payouts can be released.

Bracelet prices are shown at checkout. Proceeds support Athletes Have Heart screening events, inventory, and ambassador commissions. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us and we will make it right.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. We may suspend or remove an account that abuses the program, submits false information, spams supporters, or attempts to manipulate referral tracking or leaderboards.
