About Sudden Cardiac Arrest
The heart suddenly stops
Sudden cardiac arrest means the heart stops beating without warning. It is different from a heart attack.
Every 3 days an athlete dies
In the U.S., a young athlete dies from sudden cardiac arrest every three days. Many had no warning signs.
Fast action saves lives
CPR and a defibrillator (AED) used right away can double or triple a person's chance of survival.

Each bracelet costs $10. The money helps raise awareness and support heart-screening education.

Ambassadors are young students, athletes, and future entrepreneurs who lead awareness in their own communities.
Founded from experience
Athletes Have Heart was founded by Ragan Lynch, a three-time open-heart surgery survivor and heart-health advocate.
