What to say to family and friends
Hi! I'm an Athletes Have Heart ambassador.
We are raising awareness for sudden cardiac arrest in athletes.
Every three days, an athlete dies on the field or court. We want to bring awareness to the community.
Bracelets are $10. Your support helps us bring awareness and save lives.
Would you like to support our mission?
Tip: Smile, speak slowly, and say thank you no matter what they decide. Youth Ambassadors share the mission with family, friends, and teammates — always with a parent or guardian.

About Sudden Cardiac Arrest
The heart suddenly stops
Sudden cardiac arrest means the heart stops beating without warning. It is different from a heart attack.
Every 3 days an athlete dies
In the U.S., a young athlete dies from sudden cardiac arrest every three days. Many had no warning signs.
Fast action saves lives
CPR and a defibrillator (AED) used right away can double or triple a person's chance of survival.
About us
Athletes Have Heart
$10 bracelets
Each bracelet costs $10. The money helps raise awareness and support heart-screening education.
Youth-led awareness
Ambassadors are young students, athletes, and future entrepreneurs who lead awareness in their own communities.
Founded from experience
Athletes Have Heart was founded by Ragan Lynch, a three-time open-heart surgery survivor and heart-health advocate.
Adult Ambassadors (18+) only
In-person and door-to-door script
Door-to-door and in-person solicitation must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws. This training is not intended for Youth Ambassadors.
