Do you ship internationally?
No. We currently ship within the United States only. Checkout will only accept a U.S. shipping and billing address.
Can I become an ambassador if I live outside the United States?
Not at this time. The ambassador program is open to United States residents only, because commissions are paid through our U.S. payout and tax reporting system. That's why only U.S. states appear in the sign-up form.
How much does a bracelet cost?
Each bracelet is $10.00, plus a flat $5.99 shipping charge per order. Sales tax is calculated at checkout.
How do ambassador commissions work?
Every bracelet sold through an ambassador's support page link or QR code earns that ambassador a commission. Ambassadors track sales, commissions, and Century Club bonuses in their dashboard, and request payouts through our secure global payout system.
What is an Ambassador Lead?
An Ambassador Lead is an adult ambassador (18 or older) who also recruits and mentors new ambassadors. Leads get the same ambassador dashboard, support page link, and QR code — plus a recruiting link to grow their own team.
How does the Ambassador Lead override work?
Leads earn the standard 25% commission on every bracelet they sell personally. On top of that, when someone becomes an ambassador through a Lead's recruiting link, that ambassador is attached to the Lead — and the Lead earns a 5% override on every bracelet those ambassadors sell. The override comes from us, not out of the ambassador's own commission.
Who can be an Ambassador Lead?
You must be 18 or older to sign up as a Lead, because the account is in your own name and pays commissions directly to you. Ambassadors under 18 are welcome too — a parent or legal guardian owns their account — and they still get a recruiting link with the same 5% override on ambassadors they bring in.
How do I sign up as an Ambassador Lead?
Head to the Ambassador Program section on our home page and choose Become a Team Leader. Your account is created right away and your dashboard is ready immediately — no waiting for an invite.
Can someone under 18 be an ambassador?
Yes. For anyone under 18, a parent or legal guardian owns the account, signs the agreement, and receives all commission payments, while the youth remains the public-facing ambassador. Minors are displayed publicly by first name and last initial only.
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, with return shipping paid by the customer. See the Refund Policy for full details.
