Privacy Policy

Ambassadors: name, age, phone number, city and state, school or organization, your reason for joining, and — for minors — a parent or guardian's name, email, and phone number.

Supporters: name, email, shipping address, and order details. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor; we never store full card numbers.

Tax documents: W-9 forms submitted by ambassadors are stored in private, access-restricted storage and viewed only by authorized admins.

To review applications, run ambassador dashboards, attribute sales and commissions, fulfill and ship orders, issue payouts, meet tax reporting obligations, and send program updates you have opted into.

When you visit through an ambassador's referral link or QR code, we store that referral code in your browser for up to 30 days so the ambassador receives credit for a purchase. You can clear it any time by clearing your browser storage.

Ambassadors under 18 participate with parent or guardian consent. Guardians may request to review, correct, or delete their child's information at any time by contacting us. Public ambassador pages and leaderboards show only first name and last initial, and photos appear only when the ambassador chooses to show them.

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the program — payment processing, shipping, email delivery, and hosting — and when required by law.

You can update your profile and visibility settings in your dashboard, unsubscribe from program emails at any time, and request account deletion by contacting us.
