Privacy Policy

Ambassadors: name, age, phone number, city and state, school or organization, your reason for joining, and — for minors — a parent or guardian's name, email, and phone number.

Supporters: name, email, shipping address, and order details. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor; we never store full card numbers.

Tax documents: W-9 forms submitted by ambassadors are stored in private, access-restricted storage and viewed only by authorized admins.

To review applications, run ambassador dashboards, attribute sales and commissions, fulfill and ship orders, issue payouts, meet tax reporting obligations, and send program updates you have opted into.

When you visit through an ambassador's support page link or QR code, we store that referral code in your browser for up to 30 days so the ambassador receives credit for a purchase. You can clear it any time by clearing your browser storage.

Ambassadors under 18 participate only through an account established and controlled by a parent or legal guardian. The parent or guardian provides the account information, accepts the Parent/Guardian Consent & Participation Agreement, and signs electronically.

What we collect about a youth ambassador: first name and last initial (public), full first and last name as entered at sign-up (private), date of birth and calculated age (private — used to determine whether a parent/guardian account is required and when the ambassador turns 18), city and state (from the parent's address), optional school/team name and an optional reason for joining, and internal sale attribution and referral records. We do not collect a payout method, banking details, tax documents, home street address, personal phone, or personal email from a minor — those belong to the adult account holder.

Public display is minimized. Public pages, leaderboards, and support pages show only first name and last initial. Dates of birth, consent and signature records, payout information, and parent contact details are never public and are visible only to authorized administrators.

A parent or guardian may review, correct, or request deletion of their child's information at any time by contacting us, and may withdraw consent, which ends the youth's participation.

Additional legal requirements can apply to information collected about children under 13. Having a Parent/Guardian Agreement in place does not by itself satisfy every children's privacy requirement, and we do not claim that it does. We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the program — payment processing, shipping, email delivery, and hosting — and when required by law.

You can update your profile and visibility settings in your dashboard, unsubscribe from program emails at any time, and request account deletion by contacting us.
