Refund Policy

You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date. Bracelets must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Requests made after 30 days cannot be accepted.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility and is paid at their own expense. We do not provide prepaid return labels. We recommend a tracked service — we cannot issue a refund for a return we never receive.

Email ahhsaveslives@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply with the return address. Do not ship an item back before you receive that confirmation.

Approved refunds cover the product price only. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and outbound shipping is deducted if it was included free in a promotion.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

If your bracelet arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We will replace it or refund it in full, including shipping, at no cost to you.

If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the package, contact us within 14 days so we can open a carrier claim. Packages returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address may be reshipped at the customer's expense.

Athletes Have Heart disputes all chargebacks. Because we are a nonprofit-purpose program, an unauthorized chargeback pulls funds away from heart screenings and from the youth ambassador who earned the commission on your order.

We respond to every dispute with order records, tracking, delivery confirmation, and correspondence. Please contact us first — nearly every issue is resolved faster by email than by a dispute.

When an order is refunded or charged back, the related ambassador commission is reversed from their account. Commissions become available for withdrawal only after the refund window has passed.

Voluntary donations made outside a bracelet purchase are non-refundable.
